I've been the first sales leader twice. At Fondo, a YC-backed fintech, I built the revenue function and partner ecosystem from scratch, growing ARR 3x from $5M to $15M in under two years. At Collective Hub, I joined post-PMF and scaled the team from 6 AEs to 10 AEs and 5 SDRs, growing ARR 5x from $3M to $16M ahead of the company's Series B.
I work with founders to find product-market fit, build sales programs from scratch, hire the right talent, and put pricing, forecasting, and partner motions in place that turn early traction into revenue investors believe in.
